Renowned Sufi singer Kailash Kher has a uniquely soulful, raw, high-pitched voice that touches souls. Kher got his basic training in music (folk) in his formative years from his father Pt M Singh Kher and later from Pt Kumar Gandharva.

But it was not until the chartbuster Allah Ke Bande in 2002 that he became as popular as he is today. From there on, there has been no looking back. Kailash Kher has become a favorite of millions worldwide and has rendered one hit after another.

Over the last two years, Kher's band Kailasa has given its listeners new age music with a Sufi blend.
